Kos - Greece

Kos lies in the blue Aegean Sea, just off the coast of Turkey.  Sun drenched beaches, romantic hilltop villages, historic sights, busy resorts, quiet resorts - this and more are all to be found on this popular holiday island.  Measuring twenty five by five miles Kos is renowned for its long sandy beaches, large hotels and beautifully secluded villages.

If it's beaches to laze around on or a bit of action with the watersports you are searching for, Kos can suppy both - Tingaki's long long stretch of sand slopes gently into the sea. Kardamena's golden sands border the whole resort. Kos Town has coarse sand beaches with full of activity with watersports.  To escape the bustle of the resort beaches you will always be able to find a little corner on one of the many coves, beautiful bays and shingle shores around the island.

Kos Town is the cosmopolitan capital of the island where you'll find monuments and historical sites including the 14th century Castle of the Knights.  For lively night owls, the clubbing capital is Kardamena offering vibrant nightlife and for those looking for something a little more peaceful then amongst your choices are the pretty village resorts of Tingaki and Kefalos.

Kos has a number of great attractions including:-

  •         The 14th century Castle of the Knights
  •         Nissyros
  •         Asklepieion
