This well kept property is just a few minutes from the volcanic beach of Perissa, near the Smaragdi Studios, with the centre of Perissa a 15 minute walk and a beach front bar (disco in high season) a couple of minutes away. There's a lovely swimming pool, pool bar, and a small reception area, and the two blocks contain twin or double bedded studios for 2 (some can sleep 3) and a double bed apartment for 4 (split level). All with air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes (payable locally). A torch may be useful for late night returns. All with: private shower/wc, kitchenette, telephone, balcony or patio (some shared).
